Spouse/guest tour - A morning in winter park, Florida
Join us, March 19, 2010, for a morning
in Winter Park, Florida, a quaint little village on the outskirts of
Orlando's city limits. Registered
tour participants will meet in the lobby of the Waldorf Astoria at 9:00 am
on Friday, March 19, 2010. From there, attendees will board a tour bus
to Winter Park, Florida, a quaint little village on the outskirts of
Orlando's city limits (about a 40 minute drive). The morning will
start out at The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, home of the
world’s most comprehensive collection of works by Louis Comfort Tiffany, a
major collection of American art pottery, and representative collections of
late 19th and early 20th century American painting, graphics, and decorative
art. From there, guests head down Park Avenue to explore the 51st Annual
Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival, one of the nation’s oldest, largest and
most prestigious juried outdoor art festivals, and can peruse the many
boutiques and cultural options the town offers. At noon, we'll enjoy a
private luncheon at The Bistro on Park Avenue before boarding the bus for
the return trip. We expect the tour bus to arrive back at the Waldorf
Astoria by 2:00 p.m. For

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for this tour. Registration for this event is $55/person, payable to State Capital Group.
