Thank you for registering to attend State Capital Group's 2010 U.S. Midwinter Meeting. Complete the registration form below by selecting the events you (and your spouse/guest) plan to attend. Once you hit "Submit" at the bottom of the form your registration will be sent to State Capital Group. Please note that your registration is not complete or confirmed until all fees owed are paid in full. 

Submit payment via credit card by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF) (right-click to open in new window) and returning it to State Capital Group (by email or fax to (202) 659-6641).  Attendees may also submit payment via check (all funds in USD) to State Capital Group.  

More information about the State Capital Group's 2010 U.S. Midwinter Meeting will be presented following completion of this form. You will receive an email registration confirmation within five (5) business days of receipt. If you do not receive registration confirmation after one week, please call us at (202) 659-6601 for assistance.

NOTE: Registrations must be received no later than Friday, March 12, 2010 for registrant's name to appear on the pre-printed registration list.

Special Registration Discounts (Check if applicable):
In an effort to increase participation by member firm attorneys at State Capital Group meetings, we are offering the following registration discounts (only one discount applies in addition to the Earlybird discount, if applicable)

Option one: Multiple Attorney Discount - Register three or more attorneys for the U.S. Midwinter Meeting and deduct $50 per registration.

Option Two: Managing Partner Discount -  Register at least one attorney from your firm at the regular registration rate and a 50% registration fee discount will be extended to your firm's Managing Partner if he/she has not attended a State Capital Group meeting within the last five years.

Option Three: New Young Attorney Discount - Register at least one attorney from your firm at the regular registration rate and a 50% registration fee discount will be extended to an attorney at your firm who is under the age of 45 and has not attended a State Capital Group meeting within the last five years. 

TOTAL DUE: 
 To calculate total due, add the meeting registration fee and any spouse/guest registration fees together. If you are eligible for one of the three special registration discounts, deduct discount from total.
